On Monday, February 8, officers with the Morgantown Police Department responded to Teddy Ave in reference to a vehicle that was dragging its front bumper on the roadway.  The damages described along with the color of the vehicle, matched an earlier report of property damage at Drifters Bar.  Through an investigation, Quentin Bratcher, age 25 of Morgantown, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Deg, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine).  Quentin Bratcher was lodged at the Butler County Jail.
