Arrest Made After Injuries to Seven Month Old in Logan County

On Tuesday, April 30, 2013, Kentucky State Police Post 3 Detective Laura Isenberg, arrested two subjects after a four month investigation regarding injuries to a seven month old child.

On Sunday, January 5, 2013, Kentucky State Police was contacted by the Medical Center in Bowling Green regarding a seven month old that had sustained head injuries due to a abuse that had occurred in Logan County.

The investigation led to the arrest of Kade A. Westfall (25) of Morgantown, KY and Rebecca Wilson (26) of Auburn, KY.

Kade Westfall was charged with Assault 1st Degree and Rebecca Wilson was charged with Criminal Abuse 1st Degree 12 Years of Age or Under.

Kade Westfall was lodged in the Logan County Jail and Rebecca Wilson was lodged in the Simpson County Jail.

The investigation is still ongoing.
