Adrianna Vossbrinck in concert

 Adrianna Vossbrinck

Wednesday, the new round tables were delivered to the Butler County Art Guild. Friday night, Adrianna Vossbrinck entertained a standing room only audience. For two hours she played the piano, in the setting of a small café atmosphere.

It was a memorable and relaxing night. The audience was surrounded by local art on the walls. Sam Gentry carved a beautiful fruit display, something he is well known for, and Uptown Bakery provided delicious baked goods.

Adrianna and husband Jon moved to Butler County from Connecticut. She met Wendell Snodgrass, an accomplished fiddle player from Butler County and his sixteen-year-old grandson, Jarrod Caruthers. The trio began playing at local churches, parties, and small get-togethers because it's the love of the music not the size of the crowd.

At the age of five, Adrianna began playing the piano, at sixteen she opened her own business, performing at weddings, luncheons, and parties.

She received a standing ovation after the last notes of the night echoed thru the building. The Arts Guild will need more chairs the next time she grace's the Art Guild.

She is also the owner of Stained Glass by Adrianna, which is next door to the Guild.

Butler County Art Guild is on Facebook; there are always new events being posted.
