Bear Camp is BACK in sessions again this year, all students Preschool through 8th grade may attend

Location:  BUTLER CO HIGH SCHOOL

Check the session you will attend and mark the total.

_____Session 1     9:00-10:15  Preschool through 2nd grade  (June23)       $15

_____Session 2     10:30-12:30 3rd grade through 8th grade (June 23)         $20

_____Session 3     9:00-10:15    Preschool through 2nd grade (June 24)       $15

____Session 4    10:30-12:30    3rd grade through 8th grade (June 24)       $20

Pre-2nd may sign up for both days or just 1, same for 3-8                                TOTAL= _____                                                                                                                                                              

________ Total (Make Checks Payable to BCHS BOYS BASKETBALL BOOSTERS) Fee should be turned into Calvin Dockery at the middle school if paid before May 20. If you are paying on the first day of camp you still must register before May 30 to receive a camp shirt .  All Proceeds benefit BCHS BOYS BASKETBALL.

Deadline for Registration:  May 30, 2022 please confirm your registration by contacting me by email at [email protected] so that we can get camp shirts ordered and in on time. We will allow late registration, but please understand we cannot guarantee a camp shirt will be available.

Please pick your child up immediately after their session/sessions are complete. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

In the event of injury, I agree to release all liability from Butler County Schools, its employees, coaching staff, and all camp staff. I also give permission to provide emergency medical care in the event that I cannot be contacted.
