Personalized Cake Carriers @ Extension Field Day

The alternative program at this year's Butler County Extension Service and Farm Bureau field day will be making a personalized cake carrier using a Cricut machine. Attendees will learn about using the Cricut machine to cut letters and shapes and putting these shapes on a cake carrier. Attendees will keep the carrier they make. The cost to participate in the alternative program is $5. This covers part of the materials. Tracy Cowles and Shanna Drake will be conducting the program. This year's program will be at the Banock Masonic Lodge at 4:00 p.m. There will be a farm tour that leaves the lodge, but the alternative program will stay at the lodge in the air conditioned basement.
