The Boys and Girls Club of Morgantown has recently hired a new director following the departure of previous director Debra Hall.  Mr. Stan England, of Bowling Green, has been hired as the new director.

 Mr. England has extensive experience with Boys and Girls Clubs, as well as AOC Pretrial Services. He is also experienced in recruiting, training, supervising staff, composing budgets, human resource policies, crisis management, and safety standards. He has also created individual and business leader donor lists that contribute to raising in excess of $300,000 per year.

England has developed a working relationship with many local, state, and federal community leaders. He has also assisted in establishing Big Brothers/Big Sisters, an organization that helps pair young children that may be at risk with positive role models, helping children realize their potential and strengthening the overall community. England has 15 years of experience in the U.S. Army Reserve/Kentucky National Guard.
