Ferguson Enthusiasts Arrive

“As of 2:00 Friday afternoon we had over 90 entries with many more expected,” said Roger Tanner one of the organizers of the 2011 Ferguson Enthusiasts of North America East-Central show. The show runs Friday and Saturday at the Charles Black city park and is hosted by the Butler County Antique Engine and Tractor Club.

“We have vendors and entrants from such places as New York, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and of course Kentucky,” Tanner continued. Another organizer, Troy Dunn, listed enough activities to keep attendees busy both days.

Friday activities planned include:
Entries on display for viewing
Tractor teardown and reassembly demonstration
Inflatables for kids
Bluegrass music  6-8 P.M.
Saturday activities planned include:
Entries on display
Tractor games
Kiddie tractor pull
Parade at 10 am
Singing starting at noon
Sawmill demonstration
