Morgantown has a new tax service, MVP Tax & Accounting, owned and operated by Steven Lindsey and Taylin Dockery. The office is located at 125 W GL Smith St, Suite B, and open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The two have known each other for many years and have always shared very similar values and ideals, especially when it comes to helping people feel confident and supported with their finances. Over time, they realized they shared the same vision: providing honest, approachable, and dependable financial services to individuals and small businesses.

“We also have a deep love for Butler County and the people who make up this community. This area has given us so much, and opening our business here felt like a natural way to give back and serve the community we care about, “ said Taylin Dockery.

 Navigating taxes and finances doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. While it’s not everyone’s favorite task, it is MVP’s passion. 

“Our role is to simplify the process, answer questions, and provide peace of mind by handling the details carefully and accurately, so our clients can feel supported and confident every step of the way,” said Lindsey.

MVP Tax & Accounting offers tax preparation, payroll, and bookkeeping services, with a focus on helping both individuals and small businesses manage their finances effectively and confidently. Both Lindsey and Dockery are actively working toward additional certifications. They bring a strong foundation of knowledge and dedication into this tax season and beyond.
