Arrest at Walgreens

On November 18, 2025, Officers of the Morgantown Police Department responded to Walgreens regarding an individual who was actively destroying items inside the store.

After a short investigation, Jonathan Givens, age 43 of Morgantown, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 1st Degree and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place 1st and 2nd Offense.

Jonathan is lodged at the Butler County Jail.
