BASEBALL: BC All Stars compete in Cal Ripken District

Baseball all-star season in underway and two Butler County teams competed last week in the Cal Ripken District Tournament. The event was held at Greenville.
Butler County's 8U team defeated Muhlenberg, advancing to the championship before falling to Ohio County.
The 10U squad grabbed an early lead but couldn't hold on, losing to Owensboro Western.
