Senior Bailey Moore honored, Lady Bears defeat Ohio Co.

photo by Hack Media, Jeremy Hack

Bailey Moore is the only senior on this year's basketball team.  She was honored before the Lady Bears win over Ohio County.

Bailey has played basketball for 13 years.

She was escorted by her parents, Kyle and Kim Moore of Morgantown.

After graduation, Bailey plans to attend Murray State University to pursue a degree in Elementary Education, to become a Kindergarten teacher.

Her favorite memory is winning the District Championship last year with the girls she loves like sisters.

Bailey will miss the feeling of winning a game with her team and the relationships that basketball has brought her.

She would like to thank her teammates and parents for always having her back. Her advice to her teammates - never take these moments for granted, they don’t last forever.
