The Farmer's Market $500,000 grant with the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board. It’s a 50/50 grant. It was put out for bid and awarded in November to Graf Studio.

With funding provided by the city of Morgantown and federal funds, work at the boat dock on the fairground property near the Green River.  The project was funded jointly by the city and the Land and Water Conservation Fund.  Both entities provided $39,301.47 for a total project cost of $78,602.94.
