VOLLEYBALL: Harrod named Butler County volleyball head coach

MORGANTOWN — Butler County has announced Kevin Harrod as its new volleyball head coach.

Harrod possesses a vast amount of coaching experience. He replaces Sarah Kelley as Butler County volleyball head coach.

The Lady Bears compete in the 12th District and the 3rd Region. Butler County exited the 2024 high school volleyball season 4-30.

"We are excited to bring in Coach Harrod to BCHS," said BCHS Athletics' Director Brandon Embry. "He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with the sport of Volleyball. Really looking forward to seeing what he can build and the stability he can bring to the program."

Several experienced players are poised to return for Butler County in the 2025 high school volleyball season.

The Lady Bears' schedule for the 2025 high school volleyball season will be finalized and released at a later time.
