The Butler Co. Bears varsity football team lost a heart-breaking game

to Class 5A Grayson Co. Cougars 35-29; and dropping to 0-4 on the season.

But a closer look and a handful of plays and the Bears could easily by 3-1.

The Bears lost to Webster Co. 30-26, Warren Central 17-14, and Grayson 35-

29.

The Bears/ Grayson game was a game fans love, lots of points lots

of scoring. The non district opponent Grayson Co. came in with a 2-1 record

overall, and one of the top ranked defensives in the state. The Bears were

able to pick away at the pass defense of the Cougars all night long; but in the

end Grayson Co. just made a few more plays to secure the win.
