The Butler County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 15 individuals for a variety of offenses.  They include drug trafficking and possession, first degree rape, fleeing or evading police, theft, and receiving stolen property, among other charges. 

An indictment only represents one side in a legal proceeding.  It informs an individual that a formal charge has been brought against them.  It is not a determination of guilt.  Whether or not an individual who has been indicted is ultimately found guilty or not guilty will be determined by due process in a court of law.
