FULLER PHYSICAL THERAPY INVITES COMMUNITY TO MARCH 14 PRINCETON LOCATION GRAND OPENING—THE FIFTH LOCATION FOR FULLER PT

The community is invited to the grand opening celebration of the latest Fuller Physical Therapy location at 2072 US 62 West in Princeton. The event will begin at noon on Wednesday, March 14 and feature free Subway sandwiches, cake and tours of the state-of-the-art practice.

The Princeton/Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce will be on hand to help Fuller officially open the facility along with Princeton Mayor Danny Beavers. Princeton is the fifth Fuller location. Others are in Beaver Dam, Leitchfield, Morgantown and Providence.

“We are thrilled to bring quality physical therapy and rehabilitation services to Princeton and the entire Caldwell County area,” says Founder and President Dr. Chris Fuller. “This location has all of the high quality, state-of-the-art equipment patients have come to expect. We even have the new aqua massage machine that uses water pressure through a barrier between the machine and the patient to massage a patient’s muscles in a particular spot or throughout the whole body.

“The most significant news is that this new Princeton location is our only one to feature rehab services designed specifically for children, especially those with special needs.”

Staffing the Fuller Physical Therapy Princeton location are Kayla Kukahiko, PT, DPT; Michael Blythe, PTA; and Dana Dyer, PTA.

Dr. Kukahiko earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. She has extensive experience in outpatient, inpatient and skilled nursing rehabilitation.  Originally from Hanover, Indiana, Dr. Kukahiko is happy to call Princeton home with her husband, Daniel, who teaches and coaches, and their daughters Hadley and Everlee. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending her husband’s basketball games, serving as a member of Vision West Kentucky and enjoying outdoor activities. Dr. Kukahiko is excited about serving the residents of Caldwell and adjoining counties.

Caldwell County native Michael Blythe is a graduate of West Kentucky Community and Technical College. He has spent the last four years treating patients in a local outpatient Caldwell County setting. His wife, Natalie, teaches kindergarten at Caldwell Elementary School. They are the parents of Hallie, 2 and expect a son, Hayden, in April. Blythe enjoys golf, travel and spending time with family. He is thrilled to be able to give back to the community where he grew up.

Dyer was raised in Princeton and is married to Princeton native Anthony Dyer. They moved to Providence over three years ago with their sons Wyatt and Stephen. With almost 20 years of service as a physical therapy assistant, she has worked in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, home health, nursing homes and pulmonary rehab. Her passions include helping people improve their quality of life, supporting her husband in the ministry and being involved in her children’s activities.
