The Butler County Fiscal Court will hold a hearing on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 3:30 pm at the Butler County Courthouse, Morgantown, Kentucky on the removal of .087 Little Muddy Church Road county maintenance starting at as a county road pursuant to KRS 178.070. All persons wishing to comment upon the proposed discontinuance of this portion of county maintenance of this road are invited to attend the hearing as scheduled or send correspondence by mail to the Butler County Fiscal Court, P.O. Box 626, Morgantown, KY 42261. Any person(s) who cannot submit written comments or attend the public hearing but wish to submit comments, should call the office of the County Judge Executive at 526-3433 by Friday, January 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm so that arrangements can be made to secure their comments.
