Motion to approve Judge Executive Tim Flener to sign the agreement for Butler County Jail and Combined Public Communications – Telephone Commissions

Motion to approve to advertise for a budget hearing regarding proposed use of county road aid and local government economic assistance (LGEA) funds

Approval to renew termite service contract with Leitchfield Exterminating at a cost of $250.00 currently expires 5/31/19

Approval to pay Election Commissioners, workers, and rent for May 22, 2019 primary election

1st reading of Proposed Budget Ordinance for FY 2019-2020 for Butler County Fiscal Court

Motion to approve 2019-2020 preapproved recurring expenses

Dillon Bryant to give report on Butler County Road Department Policies

Motion to approve Judge Executive Tim Flener to sign resolution to enter in agreement with Kentucky Office of Homeland Security (KOHS)

Motion to approve to pay Gen Richard Butler Chapter, SAR in the amount of $475.20 for Litter Abatement

Motion to approve to pay Butler County DECA in the amount of $505.00 for Litter Abatement

Motion to approve to hold public hearing to remove North Pitcher Road off Butler County Road Maintenance

Motion to approve sealed bids on: crushed stone, emulsified asphalt (chip & seal), road tile, bituminous concrete asphalt (blacktop), cold mix, and petroleum

Motion to approve bids for roof repair at the First District Fire Department

Motion to approve bids for pressure washing for sidewalks and courthouse

Motion to approve payment to Butler County Extension Office and the amount not to exceed $50.00 for the rent of a room for June 4, 2019 public meeting
