3. Approve minutes for September 26, 2022

4. Noted: September 12, 2022 line 12 Magistrate Dillon Bryant's name was

misspelled. It was corrected before being booked.

5. Motion to amend minutes on August 22, 2022. Line #4 should read "3rd

District Magistrate is requesting that the Celebration Appropriation for 3rd

District be disbursed as follows: $1,000.00 to Cancer Assistance and $500.00

to Annual Festival in Rochester" Changing Farm to Table to Annual Festival in

Rochester.

NEW BUSINESS

6. Motion to approve Employment Training and Reimbursement Agreement

7. Motion to approve hiring Jeramie Shayne Thompson with a pay rate of $15.00

beginning date October 12, 2022. 60-day probation period will begin on hire

date

8. Motion to approve First District Fire Protection Board Financial Statement

9. Motion to approve Litter Abatement BCHS Girls Basketball in the amount of

$600.00, BCMS Beta in the amount of $515.00, BCMS Boy Basketball in the

amount of $600.00, Fifth District VFD in the amount of $550.00, Gilstrap

Community Center in the amount of $614.00, and Reedyville Lodge in the

amount of $599.00
