7. Closed Session Pending Litigation Pursuant to KRS 61.810 (1) (c) the Butler County Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to discuss proposed or pending litigation involving Butler County. Matters inherent to litigation such as preparation strategy or tactics could be discussed.

Personnel Matters Pursuant to KRS 61.810 (f) the Butler County Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to have discussion that may lead to the appointment, dismissal, or discipline of an individual employee, member, or student. General personnel matters will not be discussed in the closed session. The discussions will relate to and be limited to either the appointment of, the dismissal of, or the discipline of an individual employee or member.
