I. CALL TO ORDER

ll. OLD BUSINESS

Motion to accept the agreement between Butler County Fiscal Court and Heather

Keown-Contractor for Butler County Community Center

lll. NEW BUSINESS

Motion to give Judge Executive authority to sign Agreement between KYTC and the Butler County Fiscal Court for the Rochester Ferry Boat Ramps ($110,700).

Motion to turn the electric on in Units 4,7,8 and 9 of the Butler County Community Development Center at the cost of $30 each.

Motion to turn the water on in Units 4,7,8, and 9 of the Butler County Community Development Center and issue checks to Morgantown Utilities in the amount of $75 each.

Motion to issue check to Hocker Insurance in the amount of $350 for the County Referral Work Program Insurance Coverage Policy.

Motion to approve $25,000 transfer from General Funds to Jail Fund.
