James McKinney (McKenney), my 5th great grandfather, on my paternal grandmother’s side.  He was born about 1759 in Virginia (now West Virginia) and died August 18, 1831 and was buried in the McKinney Cemetery in the Sugar Grove community of Butler County, Kentucky.  James married Mary

Bearfest activities were held between games on Friday night.  Solomon Flener was crowned King.  He is the son of Chad and Carmen Flener of Morgantown. Gracie Cardwell was crowned Queen.  She is the daughter of Chad and Lesile Cardwell of Morgantown.

Benjamin Sublett, my 5th great grandfather, was born the son of Pierre Louis Soblet I and Marte Martain in King William Parrish, Goochland, Virginia, a British Colony in 1733. The Soblet name was changed to the Americanized Sublett after arriving in the colonies.
