Housing Authority of Morgantown now accepting bids

The Housing Authority of Morgantown (HAM) invites sealed bids from contractors for Installation of LVP flooring located in Morgantown, KY.

The work consists of installing LVP glue down flooring in 40 units and the office. Bids are subject to State Law. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on April 10th, 2024, and publicly opened, forthwith at Housing Authority of Morgantown, 300 Kent Manor Dr, Morgantown, KY 42261.

A bid package will be available for electronic delivery at no cost. If you would prefer a paper copy, they will be available for pick-up from Jackie Lloyd at 300 Kent Manor Dr, Morgantown, KY 42261 after 12:00 p.m., 3/22/24 at a cost of $25. Bid documents must be provided by HAM to be considered for qualification. Company checks are required. A walk-through for this project will be available 3/28/2024 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders should meet at 300 Kent Manor Drive, Morgantown, KY 42261.
