Persons desiring employment shall file written resumes at the Housing Authority of Beaver Dam’s office (3030 James Court) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm or by emailing to [email protected]. Deadline is March 11, 2024 at 9:00 am. Part-Time Maintenance Hours 7:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Knowledge of custodial care of cleaning of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Care of floors, unit fixtures and appliances, painting walls & woodwork. General grounds care and maintenance, perform tasks requiring moderately heavy manual work. Follow oral and written instructions. Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent. Establish an effective working relationship with HA employees. EOE
