In our last article, we noted how man usually acts in exactly the opposite manner as God (Isa. 5:20-23). God’s ways are higher than man’s (Isa. 55:8-9). We noted how David and Jonah were guilty of getting mad at the wrong things.

One of my favorite shows is CBS Sunday Morning.  I’ve got a season pass for the show on Dish.  I have Zoom Sunday School at 9 am so when that’s over, I go back and watch the last hour of the show.  You can always learn some cool things from watching the show.  One of the may things I picked

Man usually acts in precisely the opposite manner as God (Isa. 5:20-23). God’s ways are higher than man’s (Isa. 55:8-9). It is not in man that walks to direct his steps (Jer. 10:23). At the same time, it is possible for us to know God’s will and act upon it when we read and obey the word of God (Phil. 4:8-9)!

Seeing that man tends to think in the opposite manner as God, it should be no surprise that man would get angry at the wrong things as well. Often, the things that anger God do not anger man, and vice versa. Please consider the following examples:

This year spring will officially begin on Saturday, March 20. I’m already seeing signs of spring in nature. I have heard birds singing in the morning and have seen early spring flower buds in the yard. Also, after our last rain, some of the grass has turned green.

To put this in perspective, I was 12 years old when World War II ended. I am 87 now. Of those I recall, here are some that took-up their new lives after the World War… in no particular order.
