More than 1,200 tires and truck-loads of refuse have been removed from the Isaiah Evans Cemetery area in the Fifth District area of north Butler County. The cemetery is located off KY 79 N across from Oak Ridge Road.

185 Martin Wilson Road was the location of a house fire earlier tonight as multiple volunteer firemen converged on the scene at approximately 9:30 p.m. The white frame house, located off Veteto Lane/KY 79 North, is owned by Melvin and Sandy Ralph.
