An entertainment application has been submitted for Cedar Ridge Raceway – Public hearing will be at 5:00 p.m. on Monday July 15, 2019

 

Motion to accept Butler County Jail policy & procedures, by Butler County Jailer Ricky Romans

 

Motion to approve Butler County Jail to purchase and pay for uniforms, not to exceed $850.00

 

Motion to approve Butler County Jail to purchase and pay for a commercial deep fryer, not to exceed $1,500.00

 

Motion to approve payment to Advanced Heating and Cooling in the amount of $5,200.00 for AOC A/C unit replacement

 

Motion to approve payment to Kinser Heating and Air Conditioning in the amount of $3,700.00 for AOC A/C unit replacement

 

Motion to approve USS and to make payment, when construction is complete, for the repair on Butler County Courthouse Wings in the amount of $18,000.00

 

Motion to give Judge Executive Tim Flener approval to adopt and sign resolution between Butler County Fiscal Court and Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet Department of Highways in the amount of $312,086.00 for Caney Fork Road and Love Brooklyn Road

 

Motion to approve Litter Abatement checks:

BCHS Lady Bears Basketball in the amount of $500.00

Butler County NSDAR in the amount of $479.40

Woodbury Lodge #280 in the amount of $500.00

BCMS Girls Basketball in the amount of $482.70

 

Rochester requesting Butler County Fiscal Court to match their grant for sirens in the amount of $3,500.00

 

Motion to approve updated Capitalization Policy for Butler County Fiscal Court

 

Motion to approve update Investment Policy for Butler County Fiscal Court

 

Transfer from General Fund to Jail Fund $25,000.00

 

Bills and Transfers

 

Closed sessions:Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(b) the Butler Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to deliberate on the future acquisition or sale of real property.  It is the belief that publicity would be likely to affect the value of the property
