    Personnel matters

    Pursuant to KRS 61.810(f) the Butler Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to have discussion that may lead to the appointment, dismissal, or discipline of an individual employee, member, or student.  General personnel matters will not be discussed in closed session.  The discussion will relate to and be limited to either the appointment of, dismissal of, or the discipline of an individual employee or member.

    Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(b) the Butler Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to deliberate on the future acquisition or sale of real property.  It is the belief that publicity would be likely to affect the value of the property. 

7. Approve 1st reading of Ordinance 2021-TR-005 amending the FY21 Butler County Budget in the amount of $1,250,797.50.

8. Approve 1st reading of Ordinance 2020-04-2021 - Regional Jail 

9. Approve and adopt seconded reading of Ordinance #05102021 Paradise View and Doe Run Road giving Judge Tim Flener permission to sign
