Approve payment to U. S. Treasury in the amount of $68.71 in Quarterly Federal Excise Tax on Health Insurance policies.

Rochester asking for appropriations of $1,000.00 for October 05, 2019 festival

Present tax rates for:

            Butler County Health Department

            Butler County Library

            2nd Reading of Ordinance #1 amending the FY 19-20 annual budget in the amount of $478,362.00

            Approval to sign the agreement with Capstone for the processing of 1094-C & 1095-C forms required

            By Affordable Care Act that document the County’s offers of Health Insurance to its employees.

Personnel matters

Pursuant to KRS 61.810(f) the Butler Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to have discussion that may lead to the appointment, dismissal, or discipline of an individual employee, member, or student. General personnel matters will not be discussed in the closed session.  The discussion will relate to and be limited to either the appointment of, the dismissal of, or the discipline of an individual employee or member.

Property

Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(b) the Butler Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to deliberate on the future acquisition or sale of real property.  It is the belief that publicity would be likely to affect the value of the property
