Personnel matters
Pursuant to KRS 61.810(f) the Butler Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to have discussion that may lead to the appointment, dismissal, or discipline of an individual employee, member, or student. General personnel matters will not be discussed in the closed session. The discussion will relate to and be limited to either the appointment of, the dismissal of, or the discipline of an individual employee or member.
Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(b) the Butler Fiscal Court will now be going into closed session to deliberate on the future acquisition or sale of real property. It is the belief that publicity would be likely to affect the value of the property
