4th District Volunteer Fire Department to present 1st quarter financials

Present Budget for County Cooperative Extension Service for FY 2019 – 2020

Present Budget for Butler County Fiscal Court for FY 2019 - 2020

Motion to approve health insurance plan and premiums for FY 2020

Motion to accept 2nd reading of Ordinance #3 amending FY 2019 Budget in the amount of $150,670.00

Motion to approve to advertise for an Operator II for the Butler County Road Department with a starting pay of $12.50

Motion to approve to advertise for FY 2019 -2020 to include: crushed stone, emulsified asphalt (chip & seal oil), road tile, bituminous concrete asphalt (blacktop), cold mix, and petroleum

Motion to accept the quote for the Open Dump bid

Motion to give Butler County Judge Executive Tim Flener authority to hire someone to do miscellaneous repairs and work for the Butler County Fiscal Court facilities

Review sealed quotes for repairing and replacing 2 water fountains and 1 commode

Review sealed quotes for repairing courthouse wings

Review sealed quotes for mowing of Leonard Oak and Woodbury Park

Review sealed quotes for mowing of the courthouse lawn

Transfer of 2018 – 2019 Road Cost Allocation in the amount of $182,049.09

Transfer $25,000.00 from General fund to the Jail fund
