I. CALL TO ORDER

Approval to hire a full time Ferry Operator for the Reeds Ferry annual salary set at $24,000.00 with benefits

Approve Corey Raymer for Supervisor position at the Recycling Center

Approve uniforms for the Recycling Center employees

Motion to purchase a Caterpillar 259 D Skidsteer from Whayne Supply Company and approve payments in the amount of $47,200.86 from the KY Pride Recycling Grant along with the $8,656.97 from the machinery and equipment line item from the Road Department for a total of $55,857.83

II. ADJOURN
