This Ordinance amends Ordinance 2017-01, (a comprehensive set of regulations governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures within the city limits) as follows:

 Section 106.2 is amended as follows:

                 As an additional alternative remedy to the above penalty, any violator who violates any provision of the City Property Maintenance Code and/or Nuisance Code and has been previously issued a citation for violating the same section of this ordinance for the same property may be issued an immediate citation with no grace period.

 Section 302.10 is amended as follows:

                 It shall be unlawful for the owner, occupant, or person having control or management of any premises to permit a public nuisance, health hazard, or source of filth through the accumulation of: Junked or Wrecked automobiles, vehicles, machines, junked or inoperable lawn equipment, or other similar scrap or salvaged materials. This provision does not apply to: Licensed automotive recycling dealers as described in KRS 190.010(8), Used motor vehicle dealer as defined in KRS 190.010(6), or Motor vehicle auction dealer as defined in KRS 190.010(11), and any motor vehicle as defined in KRS 281.010 that is owned, controlled, operated, managed, or leased by a motor carrier.

 Section 308.2 is amended as follows:

                 Refrigerators. Refrigerators and similar equipment not in operation shall not be discarded, abandoned or stored on premises without first removing the doors. Additionally, no refrigerators or appliances, intended for indoor use, shall be outdoors within public right of way view.

 The Ordinance has an effective date of November 8, 2018.
