 The Butler County Fiscal Court will hold a hearing on Monday, October 9, 2023 at 3:30 pm at the Butler County Courthouse, Morgantown, Kentucky on the removal of Toy Springs Road county maintenance starting at 213 feet from Taylor Springs Road will be removing 1.25 miles of the roadway known as Toy Springs Road as a county road pursuant to KRS 178.070. All persons wishing to comment upon the proposed discontinuance of this portion of county maintenance of this road are invited to attend the hearing as scheduled or send correspondence by mail to the Butler County Fiscal Court, P.O. Box 626, Morgantown, KY 42261. Any person(s) who cannot submit written comments or attend the public hearing but wish to submit comments, should call the office of the County Judge Executive at 526-3433 by Friday, October 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm so that arrangements can be made to secure their comments.
