Notice: Public Hearing

The Butler County Fiscal Court will hold a hearing on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 4:00 pm at the Butler County Courthouse, Morgantown, Kentucky on discontinuing 530-foot county maintenance on the roadway known as Doc Parrish Road as a county road pursuant to KRS 178.070.

All persons wishing to comment upon the proposed discontinuance of this portion of county maintenance of this road are invited to attend the hearing as scheduled or send correspondence by mail to the Butler County Fiscal Court, P.O. Box 626, Morgantown, KY 42261. Any person(s) who cannot submit written comments or attend the public hearing but wish to submit comments, should call the office of the County Judge Executive at 526-3433 by Friday, October 6, 2023, at 3:00 pm so that arrangements can be made to secure their comments.
