Hobart Flener Jr. received WLBQ Listener of the Month honors for the month of August and he elected to spend his $50 at Heritage Animal Hospital.

"We love listening to WLBQ, we really enjoy the music and we start our mornings listening to the local news," said Mary Lou Flener, Hobart's wife.  "I really like John's show Out on A Limb."

The Fleners picked up heartworm preventive for their dog, Layla, at Heritage Animal Hospital.
 
As part of the WLBQ Listener of the Day promotion, daily winners (M-F)  correctly identify the Song of the Day and daily winners received a two liter RC or Sundrop. From the pool of daily winners, a monthly winner is drawn from the daily winners and received a $50 gift certificate to the local business of their choice.
