Customer Service Insurance Representative Job
In summary, the Customer Service Rep (CSR) position will both pursue and assist in the production of new accounts as well as the retention of existing accounts. The CSR will be required to provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts as well as solicitations. Becoming a licensed agent is a requirement as well as continued education which does require some travel. Our agency offers both licensing and continued education opportunities if those credentials are not already established.
