RE: REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR NEW ROOF/REPAIR BUTLER COUNTY

COURTHOUSE; THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE SALT BIN AT

THE COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT.

The Butler County Fiscal Court will be taking sealed bids for a new roof/repair

service for the Butler County Courthouse, the Butler County Health Department

and the Salt Bin Building at the County Road Department. Specifications can be

obtained at the County Judge Executive’s Office between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4

p.m. Monday – Friday.

Sealed Bids are due in the Butler County Judge Executive’s Office by 10:00 a.m.

on Thursday, May 18, 2023. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on May 18, 2023.

Bid winner will be announced May 22, 2023 at our regular schedule Fiscal Court

Meeting. That meeting will be at 5:00 p.m. at the Butler County Courthouse May

22, 2023

LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

LOWEST EVALUATED BID WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE.

Butler County Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.
