Excerpt from Website:
"The County Agricultural Investment Program (CAIP) is designed to provide farmers with incentives to allow them to improve and diversify their current production practices. CAIP is a program of the KY Agricultural Development Fund (KADF) and is funded by the Tobacco Settlement Fund, part of the Master Settlement Agreement (MSA).
These funds will be distributed to farmers as a 50% cost-share incentive to approved applicants up to a maximum reimbursement of $2,000 among 3 investment areas."
