The 2019 Butler County Open Division Showcase viewing is scheduled for July 4th – 7th during the Green River Catfish Festival at the Eva Hawes Ag Expo Building.  This showcase contest is open to any and all ages of Butler County.  Articles exhibited should be items completed during the previous year or items that have not been exhibited in previous showcases. Winners will receive county ribbons. Categories include: Clothing, Quilts, Stitchery, Arts & Crafts, Photography, Breads, Pies, Candy, Garden Produce, Vegetables, Largest Vegetable, and Canning of Jellies, Vegetables, Fruits, Pickles and Relishes.

Entry Day will be Thursday, June 27th at the Butler County Extension Service fom 9 am—5 pm. Judging will take place before the festival and all articles and ribbons received will be placed for viewing at the Eva Hawes Ag Expo Building during the Green River Catfish Festival.
