Well it's time to do some retiring of American Flags that have been torn or tethered around our community. The Boy Scout Troop of Butler County would love to help with this matter. Please contact Boy Scout Troop 208 if you have an American Flag that needs to be retired properly. Our Boy Scouts want to do this as a community service for Butler County. They have been taught how to retire the flags properly and will do it with the highest respect. We are willing to come out to your location and lower the flag down properly. We look forward to hearing from our community and hope that you take advantage of this great community service project that we are offering. He is a two time Purple Heart Dessert Storm, Persian Gulf War, Northern Iraq Veteran who loves our country and our flag and holds them both in the highest respect for freedom as does any veteran in our community.
