Butler County Ambulance Service is accepting sealed bids for the following:

Mounting of a new patient module/box to be outfitted to a 2022 or newer Ford F-450 Chassis 7.3 liter V-8 Gas Engine 4x2 including all the following add ons

• New Whelen warning lights (M9)

• New whelen scene lights 

• Provision backup camera with a 7” monitor

• Lettering and graphics

• New rear door handles 

• New captain chair on swivel base 

• Seat belt harness on cpr seat and squad bench

• New inverter

• New interior LED lights and dome lighting 

• Intercom system on front console to rear action area 

• Shelf on squad bench outfitted with mount for LP15 monitor

• O2 port in ceiling at head and foot of cot 

All sealed bids shall be delivered to the office of Butler County Ambulance Service during regular business hours Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm @1290 Veterans Way Morgantown KY, 42261.

Deadline is May 18, 2022 at 9:00 am
