On Monday, September 15, 2014 at approximately 0130 hours, Officer James Embry and Officer Brian Ward responded to a disturbance between MATTHEW STAHL, 21 of Morgantown, and his brother at the Keown Trailer Park off Helm Lane. While investigating the disturbance, Officer Ward located a single marijuana plant growing in a plastic pot in STAHL's bedroom.

STAHL was placed under arrest and charged with Terroristic Threatening (3 counts), cultivating Marijuana Less than 5 Plants, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. STAHL was lodged in the Butler County Jail.
